I've found some Visaton drivers that seem to have good dipole characteristics with Qts = 0.68
http://www2.produktinfo.conrad.com/d...F_de_en_fr.pdf At 18 Euro each, and with four drivers in each channel it might be possible to build some good speakers for little money! Anyone tried them? Regards, Jonas |

Looks good, but important Xmax specs are missing, which could be next to zero, hard to say
Tho at this price I could be tempted to use more drivers But I would certainly test one or two woofers first |

In the data set for Boxsim Visaton gives Xlin as 9 mm each side.
