Maybe this ็elestion truvox 0510
only 93 dB, but crossed&powered active should do it well. I have a pair of em in my studio monitore filtered passive with capacitor around 50uF and inductor 0,47 - 0,56mH (dont remember exact value anymore) both in series. So this is a simple 1st order crossover for mids. Sounds very pleasant! |

Hi Defo, I have good results using the 5.25" P.Audio WN-520N in a conical horn covering the 280-1340 Hz range. The P.Audio driver is a little monster with a huge neodynium motor: http://www.paudio.ru/downloads/WN-520N.pdf Best regards Peter |
