Default Suggestions wanted for rebuild of JBL L150's

I have a pair of 25 year old JBL L-150A's that I am looking to rebuild. I haven't kept up on recent speaker technology, and would like some suggestions for a complete rebuild. The cases are in good shape, but the speakers themselves are trashed (subjected to years of drastic temp. changes in storage).

My intent eventually is to use a Foobar database on my computer with my USB DDDAC, A 12BH7a linestage preamp that I just completed, and an amp to be constructed later (not sure yet whether tube or SS).

Thoughts?

Judging by the lack of comments can I assume this is a waste of time?

Are all of the drivers damaged? If so, how?

these have been stored for a while...not sure of their status. I suspect the HR are less then stellar due to abuse when younger, but visually both they and the MR look 100%. The LR and the passive need the foam surrounds replaced.

Get them tested before deciding to scrap them. The JBL drivers in this are excellent. Plenty of places to test and/or repair the drivers, eg Orange County Speaker in California; drivers can even be mailed in if you live somewhere remote.

Get them replaced, but use somewhere that uses genuine JBL parts, eg OCS.

I saw a JBL L100 rebuild over at Ht Guide.

Almost wanted to pick up a pair after that.
I wasn't a fan in the day.
It really depends on your goals.
