Thinking about building a tower speaker from this design

Dayton 8

I really like that design and I heard it was a really good tower speaker. I am a complete newb when it comes to building speakers. I can figure out with wood works, but when it comes to building the crossovers and anything else I may have to do I am clueless. So I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a step by step thread or write up about this speaker design.

Also by looking at the cross over or the speakers if there any upgrade I can that doesn't cost too much more?

seems like you need to learn how to read a schematic, it's not hard for speakers, you just need to learn what the symbols mean, and what the parts they represent do:
