Good, now you have complete series model for the woofer. Do you know how to use WinISD software for the speaker enclosure, for a start. (On tweeter, you mean rec. xover freq. >2KHz).

The above is the calculations for your passives.
As a start, I will use 3000Hz as the cutoff points for them(considering tweeter should be X2 from its FS to be safe) and see how it goes.

It is difficult (near impossible) to find speaker components in Bombay.

Here are the cabinet dimensions:

Now, we just need a series crossover--only two inductors (one per each speaker cabinet) to find or make or ship at great expense.

Here is the tweeter:

Here is the woofer:

I attempted to convert the super-spendy parallel crossover (made of parts that cannot be sourced at market) on this page: http://www.speakerbuilder.net/web_fi...P/dayschem.jpg to a series type crossover to reduce expense and make it more doable.
Attached is my guesswork; but, can someone put in the correct component values?

After checking on the box size I would go testing the xover similar to this
(L=>1,5mH, maybe 1,8/2,2mH on woofer), in the end I would adjust right padding on tweeter.

Pay attention (with max. power because) you will have (Xmax=2.5mm) cone excursions about double spec with only 20W @60/70Hz.

I have used the TN25. I found it to be better than the price would suggest. A touch grainy, but quite satisfactory. I failed at my attempt to solder wires to them. I melted the sides of the enclosure, that is all.
