Question Help with Realistic NOVA-7B's

Hi,I'm the new guy with very little experince in audio,I'm trying to rebuild some Nova-7B's the woofers are in good shape there 10" 8 ohm has 2- 2" tweeters that are 16 ohms wired parallel. The L-pad has been modified it doesn't have any caps on it.I was looking for a schematic for the L-pad have looked everywhere can't find one.Does anyone have the schematics are any suggestions on what size cap would work?I've included some photo's of the L-pad.Thanks for your time.Keith

I just bought a pair of these at the local thrift store and they appear to be unmodified on the interior.

I still need to make a schematic (just barely opened them up), but mine has a 15uF cap between the positive input and the middle connector of the switch.

Your picture shows something over to the left (as you are looking at the picture) of the negative lead and I am not quite sure what that is all about. Is it just a connection or is there a component buried over there?

Dave
