Hi everybody,
Just wondering what people thought of these: "Hand-crafted in New Zealand – Eco-friendly, real wood speaker systems. For people that love music and design." Looks like a beautiful design; with two 30W full-range speakers pointing down (they look to be about 4"?) and another woofer in the front, each unit is built for stereo sound. With the built in Class D amp aside, I wonder how one might put together a simmilar project? Also, I wonder at the downward firing full range speakers, how would the crossover have to be modified for the reflections? I would love to try a variation of these but am relatively new to the whole speaker building world... |

You'd need the plinth shown to reflect the FR off - carpet would absorb most of it.
