I've received a lot of conflicting information on the use of these drivers, and was hoping that someone could help me figure out which is best. I have a pair of ScanSpeak 6600s I'd like to use in a 2-way design with a waveguide to improve midrange performance, and was wondering which of these woofers would make more sense to use. Does anyone have any recommendations?

That would be W22EX001? I don't see any W22E anywhere.
Given that both the W18E and W22EX have their breakup and roughly the same frequency, I don't see much reason to not go with the bigger driver, if size is not of concern. It looks like the W22 will like a larger cabinet than the W18, probably a tower instead of a bookshelf size. The W22 is higher sensitivity, and the 6600 is capable of crossing over low enough to work well in a two-way with an 8" driver, with a properly implemented waveguide no trouble at all. Just make sure you take care of that breakup.
