Default Nice multichannel volume control

Hi all. Bought one of these MSB MVC things a few weeks ago.

MSB DACs

I took it over to mastering engineer Bob Katz studio this weekend to do a direct comparison to his Crane Song multichannel monitor controller.

Crane Song Website

Notice that the surround version of this thing costs over $6000 USD!!!

Well, in a direct shoot out, instantaeously switchable, level matched comparison, the sound btw the two units was almost identical. Can't beat that for $399!

I bought one a couple of years ago to use with SoundEasy and its digital filter for multi-channel filter emulation. It's a great unit at a great price.

I've had one for a few years also. Nice unit.
I don't like the light show on the front, but that can fixed pretty easily.

Cheers,

Dave.
