Default Best way to mount a CD to a baffle - suggestions?

I'm planning on using a compression driver mounted directly to the speaker baffle. Only problem I have is; once ive cut the throat in the baffle, whats the best way to mount the CD onto the baffle with good precision?

Any suggestion?

For example; how is this driver mounted to the horn?

there are probably nuts recessed in the back of the horn that are held in place by the flat steel(aluminum?) ring and then the bolts go through the driver into those nuts.

Its first mounted on a plate bigger than driver
Then monted on horn
The final mounting screws are visible in your own picture
Maybe it helps to look at driver below

The rest is handywork
Ofcourse there are ways to ensure a fast and correct allignment, but its complicated, and its just as demanding the first time

But you can also do something like in drawing

Seems likely, but how do you mount the bolts to the driver/t-nuts when both elements are stuck? Kinda hard to explain what I mean...
