has anyone Used AVI Speaker Drivers?....they look pretty good on their Website.

AVI (AVI Hi-Fi - a passion for sound engineering) may have issues with that!

Presumebly they are two diffrent Brands Coincidentally having a very similar name....assuming no Copyright infringment is present.

I guess it's more of a trademark issue in which case it's on a first come-first serve basis.
If both want to operate in the home audio market the company that was there first gets to keep its name and everybody else would have to pick another name or cease to make a competing product.
If my name were Ford I could do anything I like except make cars bearing my name.
