a dipole cares 90 % about dipole length and 10 % about shape. And don't forget that your 'shape' is in the dipole null mainly.

Dipole directivity and horn directivity are two very different concepts. They don't mix well.

I don't have any opinions on this subject, it seems difficult to make a real dipole tweeter.
The NEO3 looks a very good candidate.

This topic was helpful in my quest to get the ultimate dipole mid-high driver. The driver I'm currently using is the Omnes Audio bb3.01 This 3" is at the front near perfect cd till 5kHz +. Are you still working with those TB's? Did you investigate some more since then?
