You should visit here and study Martin King's excellent work on modelling TL speakers.
Transmission Line Theory Also click on Webb's alignment spreadsheet and enter your driver's spec's. It will give you the TL length. You have to decide whether or not to taper it. Reading the theory will help you make that decision. If you're serious about building your first TL, then you'll do well to understand the fundamentals of it. Good luck. |
