Default Need vintage pioneer pim speaker info

Hello,
I just purchased a pair of big home made cabs at salvation armey hoping there was some there. I had to pry glued 3/4 plywood off to see what was inside the sealed cabs. What i found was a pioneer pim-12 15 watt 3-way speakers. 16 ohm. The one ive opened looks to be like new. Beautiful. Theyre definitely quality build. Whoohoo. I dont know about these speakers, but i plan hook them to my vintage pioneer reciever! or possibly use for a guitar cabinet if they will work. Anybody tell me anything about these? I dont want to damage them.
Thanks
greenhorn

Pictures of the front? That is the interesting view. I've had a pair of the 8", not seen the 12". Lovely speakers. The 12" might need some help on the top.
