Default some advice for tops wanted

I want to built some tops that will work from 80hz and up, a bit higher would be ok too.

the sub for them is going to be one tapped horn, same as jbells design.

What i want is something not too hard too built as my woodworking skills aren't that great.

what would you recommend ? i'd like good sensitivity and good spread..
