If there are diyproac25 clone fans still out there could you please advise me what you would like to do with this site. Yahoo Geocities will no longer host sites for free by 26 October 2009.
An offer has been made to preserve the clone site by: Justblair's Audio and Electronics Pages: index | audioprojects | audioprojects which seems like a good DIY site. The clone site has already been archived so the content is preserved at: Internet Archive The clone project has been around for over 8 years now and inspired alot of speaker builders but its also time to update it. Further research by hi-end.tk indicates that the clone crossover design is no longer suitable as modern Scanspeak driver manufacturing specifications have changed. Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated. Al.M |

Hi Al.M,
The original site should be preserved with the original xover and references for the technical specs of the drivers and xovers. Many times people use old drivers or repair them.

Do a search here for 'Steve Bench' (thread titles). He had a similar free hosted tube audio page for years and someone used a site grabber software and has it hosted on their site. They mentioned the freeware used to do it.
