Hi All,
New to this board. I'm looking to build a pair of 3 way speakers for my stereo. I have an old Yamaha M-60 amp (325w RMS per channel). I had a pair of EPI 500 speakers way back when and really liked the big sound. I have a budget of about $400 - $500 for the parts (less cabinet). Is there a decent kit out there that might fit my needs. Thanx Clyde |

I do think that money is a little light on, why not buy a 2-way kit and a small powered subwoofer, easier and perhaps cheaper.

In that price range you will clearly be better off buying used speakers. The JBL 4410A, 4412A, L100T3 and L7 (a four-way) can be found in that range. You cannot buy components and build equal quality for that money.
