Angry Tone control ckt using TL072

without using split power supply, how to bias the IC tl072, power supply available with me is 0-45VDC. This same power supply is used for power amplifier, therefore I want to use this same power supply for preamplifier also. Which would be the easiest method.

Use a potential divider to create a half supply point, buffer with a small capacitor - and run the input resistor to that point instead of ground. Coupling capacitors are critical, as the inputs and outputs will be at midpoint voltage. It may be necessary to use another resistor to ground before the coupling capacitor.

45V will fry the chip. Max of 30V operating, 36V non-operating. Use a zener diode and a resistor to drop the voltage to a safe level for the chip.
