I just bought a set of Sansui HT boxes on eBay, I only paid $41- and it was obvious from the picture that the little rear speakers had been overdriven so it was no surprise that I discovered the rubber surrounds had holes in them.
I have a set of these already and really bought the boxes as spares so I'm not disappointed in how they are. Looking at Speakerbits website the little peerless polycone, Peerless 830887 http://www.speakerbits.com/net/catal...aspx?id=PD152B looks like a direct drop in replacement. Any thoughts or comments on doing this as a lazy mans upgrade ?? It actually looks like Sansui has used a copy of the peerless driver in their design
