Question putting it all together

I think I have a rather basic speaker design question but hey I am new to this process. I have a bass horn that works very well from 30hz to 600hz. It is 108db 1w1m. For economic reasons I've decided to go three way because to go two way properly is very expensive. I need mf and hf driver and horn that can keep up with my bass horn. When I go to choose a driver and horn combo to go with it what specs do I pay the most attention to. I am looking at bms, b&c, altec, and jbl drivers with various horns. What are the most important specifications to look at in drivers? How important is sensitivity? I can attenuate the drivers a little so I assume I want drivers of 108db 1w1m or greater. The main reason I ask is I saw a speaker that had drivers with vastly different specs and I couldn't figure out how it all went together. Any advice much appreciated. If you have a link to documentation I should read that would also be great.
