I’m new to this forum and to high end audio in general but defiantly into DIY. I am mostly into metal work and build outdoor cooking equipment and decorative ironwork. However I would like to expand into audio as I enjoy music and cinema very much.
The speaker selection in my price range that is easily available for me to demo is limited but I have been able to listen to B&W 683, Paradigm Monitor 11, and Phase Technology PC-9.1. Of the three I liked the sound of the B&W 683s the best. Could someone recommend either a kit or design for a three way tower that would be comparable? For my first build I would like to build the enclosure and put everything into it. I would prefer a kit but would not mind assembling from individual components with a proven design. Thanks |
