I’m near completion of my tower speaker project and would like some information on testing the crossover performance
What tools do you use to do testing do you have frequency generating cds or software?
I have in my kit a multi meter lcr meter db meter reasonable hearing
I have searched the forums but have not come up with any thing as yet

what geek said but on the question of frequency cd's, I made my own.... I got a program that allowed me to generate sine waves as wav files (can't remember what it was sorry) and created a bunch of sine waves at various frequencies (maybe 30 secs duration) and then burned them to a cd. worked like a charm. (just make sure you write down what track number is what freq)
It is also possible to simply generate tones with your sound card, but it may not do a clean job as freqencies increase.
