i have an old audio note AN-E SP that uses a SEAS tweeter, Excel T25CF001, E0006.
One of the tweeters gave up on me. In a dilema whether to replace with another SEAS tweeter or should I use the latest Foster/Tonegen tweeter supplied by Audio Note. I understand that the SEAS tweeter has a silver coil. Anyone has experience on how well the SEAS works compare to the Foster/Tonegen? One issue I am not sure about is the crossover, whether the crossover can be used for both tweeter without making any changes. Can anyone please help me ? Thanks meng |
