Default Best Coax Choices (8" or 10")

A group of DIYers have a new project and we are looking for some Coax choices.

Could I get a list of drivers that have good measurements but cost under $300 each?

Are you also considering vintage coax's?

This is not really a question for the Fullrange forum as a coax by definition isn't a fulrange driver. Try asking in the Loudspeakers forum.

These would likely be my first choices:

P.Audio BM-8CXA

BMS 8CN552
http://www.bmspro.info/8CN552.bms_8c...odymium.0.html

..I don't have personal experience with either of these, but I've stared at them off and on for years.

I have some of the PAudios and I'll measure them soon. I've always like BMS drivers and would like to try the 8CN552, but actually getting some for reasonable money has proved difficult.
