Default B&O Pentas, IcePower, Calibration Project

Dear all, I have a pair of B&O Pentas that I fitted an IcePower ASC200 to in the bottom. The sound was rather wonderful but I recently decided to replace the weak mid-range units.

with these:

But before I do I have decided to build one of these and take some readings. I will then perform the same test afterwards.

To fit the new mid-ranges I will have to disable the signal split on the mid-range crossover (effectively it's a 4-way system). If you look at the crossover as shown I will disable R3 and simply wire to P18 and P21.

My first two questions are;

1. Is there any good calibration software for Linux, as I don't use Windows. Ideally something like TrueRTA that will generate the signal, analyse the input and plot.

2. the mid-range and treble on the Penta crossover is out of phase by 180? Is this due to the crossover design? I'm no crossover expert but the speakers are wired out of phase. The mid & treble speakers on the unit are inset about 2cm compared to the woofers which may help.
