Default Pinnacle AC-400 modding!

I have attached a picture of one of my AC400s for reference.

I would like to improve my Pinnacle AC-400 speakers. I love them right now, they are magical. They disappear easily and sound MUCH better than they should.

However, the woofer in one of them is getting really worn out, and the voice coil is rubbing on something in the motor. I can fix the buzzing temporarily by pushing the speaker cone in a few times (I guess it re-aligns the suspension?). So, I could just call Pinnacle and ask for a replacement woofer, BUT why not attempt to improve them?

The problem is, the woofer has a pretty unique shape, and it's flush mounted, so I will have to get a new woofer with exactly the same basket.

OR, should I just upgrade the tweeters and crossovers, and get replacement woofers from Pinnacle?

They are crossed over at 5k. Stock tweeters are 3/4 polyamide, woofers are 4" coated fiber cone.

My plan looks something like this:
- D26NC-55-06 tweeters (or something else? suggestions?)
- Polypropylene caps, foil inductors
- Undecided woofer, possibly stock replacements.

WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE:
I want to get these as close as possible to Role Audio Kayaks.
