How great is demand for little waveguide in tweeter? I think tweeter must be crossed at 3000 Hz if 1st slope is used. No lowpass XO and 1st degree high pass may give best phase?

(you can start a new thread) The xover is not the same as the phase you mention. It can be a 1order (what sometimes makes things easier) and if not in phase with the woofer, or a 180 (90-90) phase shift can kill it. The phase you mention is in relation to (something) where the phase of the woofer is. No phase (shift between the two in frequency) the better. So if a (for ex.) 3. order and in (they are in) phase (phase coherent between wo and tw on the xover freq. band) the better.
