Where to buy drivers in Paris, France

Hi!!

I want to build a good pair of speakers, but I cant find good drivers in Argentina. I can, but at extreme high prices. My brother lives in Paris, I'm pretty sure that there can find better drivers and at good prices.

Does anyone know what brands of speakers are made in france or europe that can buy in Paris?

I want to spend like 300 - 400 euros in drivers (2 way or 3 way) & capacitors.

No shipment required, he will travel to Buenos Aires in 2 months.
