Vifa PL22WR09 vs SEAS Prestige P21RF/P for Recession Buster 3 way

Hi,

I'm planning to build a 3 way speaker using the Recession Buster Kit and a pair of woofers for each L and R speaker.

These two from Madisound caught my eye. Reason, the are on special offer too, like the Recession Buster kit.

Am planning to go sealed for the woofers, with active crossover at about 250-300Hz, and down to not more than 60 Hz, as i will be using a sub.

Any pros and cons for the Vifa or the Seas? Seems the Seas is more suitable, as the Vifa has lower Fs (27 Hz vs 34 Hz) , and low efficiency (85.5dB vs 88dB).
