Default Low tech speaker switch needed

I need a switch. If I knew what to call it, I could probably find one easily.

I obtained a very nice older amplifier with only one set of speaker outputs. I have two sets of speakers, in different rooms and would like to be able to switch from one set to the other. My previous amplifiers always allowed for this option.

I would like a simple switch that would allow me to hook up an output cable from the amp to the switch which would have two outputs, one for each set of speakers.

It seems like it should be trivially simple.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sounds like you need a high power Auto switch, quad pole centre off.

4-pole double throw for A-B switch, or the same with centre off as per moondog.

The actual switches most often used in old receivers don't switch ground, so you could probably get away with a 2-pole switch in a pinch.
