Default a table horn for pc listening

hi all

here a idea to use the space of the feets of a table, to incorporate a slim horn, and use a single fullrange driver upward placed on the table, for pc music listening

hi Josh

It's kind of a diffuser. Inspiration is Elipson, a french manufacturer, which made interesting semi - omni directional speakers in the past.

Nice idea, but I think the drivers are going to be fluff traps mounted horizontally like that.

Wow I was just thinking of something similar like this, except I would do bass horns with small drivers if I can build them. I would use the table as a TV stand...

the evolution of the idea.
the way as drawn now, it would be very easy to built the horn, and exit of the mouth close to ear level, in front of the listener, and close to the speaker itself, giving a uniform wavefront.

A horn in the sense that it gets bigger towards the exit, but it could also be called a Voigt Pipe with a badly positioned driver.
