For no particular reason, I thought I'd post a few pics of a few of my speaker projects over the past 1/4 century. As you can see, I've had a tendency to build very sophisticated (perhaps too sophisticated for my testing skills) systems.
I'll be glad to answer questions, but please don't get too upset if I don't remember the finer details of each design, but I'll try. Paul Projects |

The Dynaudio OB looks really professional (as do all the others!). Very Von-Schweikert.
Off-topic, do you ~have~ an Ultima GTR? That is one lusty car - very Porsche 917. cheers, -tal |

Thanks for the very nice comments guys! It is a really fun hobby and I've learned a lot over the years about building things. And yes, Tal, I also built an Ultima GTR and a Factory Five Roadster, as well as, a MDM Locomotive Works GP-60.
If you're interested, you can see pics of all these here: http://web.mac.com/quailpark/Pauls_b.../Homepage.html As far as the best sounding, it is hands down the Orion. But for the ones I built/knocked off, I would say the open baffle MTM with 2 12's. It didn't have great (a lot of) bass but it was pretty amazing in other ways. Not nearly as refined though as the Orion. For the money, the Orion is by far the best system I've either bought or built. Thanks again, Paul |

Excellent work, on all fronts, especially envy the Camaro - I would love to have one.
