Difference Fostex D-450 <-> D-600 ?

Greetings,

I have a pair of ACR FD-450 and FD-600, which are just rebranded Fostex. Both sound fine, but the FD-450 seems to have a slightly higher upper frequency limit.

Not being able to find anything specific on the internet about the (F)D-450, including this forum, I would like to tap the knowledge directly.

So, I would very much appreciate if someone could tell me the technical difference between the to.
