Default Suggestions from your experience

the two woofer/mid are 4 ohm in series
Cabinet size for the mid/woofer 11X11x8.5 inches
accoustic foam will be added for resonance suppression
total
Here is what LEAP came up with
The tweeter is a 91.5 db spl class tweeter I would have expected more higher out put

Hi,

You seem to have pointlessly low treble impedance.

Tweeter levels depend on matcing the bass/mid, not raw sensitivity.

Default more info and more questions

Leap crossover design info
woofer mid in series
2nd order design
L 1.2 C 8Uf
Zobel 20Uf 50 Ohms

tweeter 10 UF .2 L anteunation series R 7.5 series to Tweeter

Question of adding another tweeter and using potentiometer to balance brightness between the two tweeter to increase impedance of the circuit?

And any other ideas or thoughts are highly welcomed

Reduce the value of the series resistor, or maybe even remove both resistors in the tweeter circuit. Tweeter output will increase, but you may have to retune the crossover.
