When I built the TransLams I had a CNC shop cut the panels for me. We went though 5 very expensive Onsruud carbide bits. I wonder if there is a way to cut all of the panels accurately with a band saw. Then it would just be a matter of gluing all the rings and sanding everything smooth.

I cut out all the plates with the jigsaw while following the feature
of the gauge, and I refined with a cutter to smash. And I then sandpapered It is rather simple with carried out but request of time MEZZO |
