Default Where does the baffle end?

When modeling with Edge, which has no provision for radius edges, where does the edge of the baffle end? With a square corner, it's obvious. With smaller radii, as much as an inch, it's still reasonable to say that the flat baffle face stops at the point where the radius begins. However, if using a larger radius, such as 2 or even 3 inches, does one use any portion of that radius on each edge and include it with the flat baffle width? Or is flat always perfectly flat, and any radius, no matter how large, beyond the edge as soon as it starts to curve away from tangential?

Peace,
Tom E

Even when the enclosure is completely round, The baffle width would still be the diameter of the round enclosure. So 2" or 3" radius have no effect on reducing the baffle width for baffle step compensation, When entering the data into a program. It only matters to the high freq.

A study shows that a 12" round enclosure have about 375hz, -3db point of baffle loss, same as a rectangular box of the smae width, The only difference is the smoothness of the highs in the round enclosure
