I live in an apartment, and do all my cutting/drilling in my dad's garage, but there's no precision equipment.
I used to get the wood for speakers cut at Home Depot, but now the buggers "do not do precision cuts" and I can't get the teenagers to cut wood satisfactorily. Where can I get mdf cut with reasonable precision for me?

Go to a high school and get someone like me who's anal about precision to cut it...cheaper and probably free.

Time to buy your Dad some 'precision equipment'. Start with a quality 10" tablesaw.
Have you tried clamping a straight edge like a piece of angle iron to the MDF and using that as a guide to press the skillsaw against as you make the cut? Before I finally got a nice 230 volt, 10" table saw I did a lot of speaker cabinet construction with my old skill saw, including cuts with the blade at a 45 degree and other angles using this technique. The results were excellent. You will also need a pair of saw horses or a large flat bench surface and some portable weights to hold stuff in place while you cut. Cinder blocks make good weights if placed on a rag to prevent scratching.

Yeah I used a bitof 2by4 and tried that but the thirty-five year old saw is getting a little long in the tooth I think... I don't want to invest in a new rotary saw... I'd rather get someone else to do my cutting and then buy a good tablesaw once I have a garage.
My dad lives a ways away so I'm just going to have to wait for my own worshop now I think...

What's stopping you from buying a table saw now and setting it up in your apartment long enough to do this speaker job? Once you are done, crank down the blade, put a tablecloth over it and voila, practical kitchen table.
Is there a clause in your lease that specifically prohibits a tablesaw?

Any good lumber yard should be able to do this. Or, look for local cabinet and custom woodworking shops.

LOL, seriously, what do you need? If you're desperate enough, I can cut it at my school, then send it to you.
