Default RFL Loudspeakers

Anybody heard of? I am considering a used pair. Mid-eighties bookshelf size. They seem to sound OK but wondering if they'll last etc.

Are you sure it is RFL and not RFT?

RFT is an East German brand... they made everything from cheap to really good.

Default I love RFT b9261 !

I have a pair of RFT b9261 at 50w.
Up to 11 Wats those speakers is has a very very beautiful sound and natural .Compresion bass ...and good tweeter .
The "multi award " monitor audio br2 is has a very poor sound unlike de rft .I prefer 1 pair rft unlike 3 pair of mabr2 .
Just my opinion .

Thanks. I think I want to get these. I don't need to run them hard. They are going on my desk.

Hi,

That is one bizzarely profiled bass / mid unit.
Never seen anything like that before ...

Default Bass

I though the same thing from the picture but it is actually a wire mesh cover.
