hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions on small woofer that would go into a small closed box. Forgive me for my ignorance but i am aiming for a final q of about .7-.09 and it seems more relatively cheap speakers are of a qts of .4-.3 which results in a high fs (not a problem) and a small(ish) final box volume. the tweeter i had in mind was the seas 20tff08 coupled with the peerless m13sg-09-08 any recommendations are welcome and appreciate all input. |

What's small? - even a 12" Shiva clone (PE DVC12) or Titanic can be put in a ~1.5 cubic foot enclosure.

8" Dayton RSS210HF Looks like a perfect small-driver fore closed sub
Looking at f3/40hz in 30-40 liter 10" Dayton RSS265HF does just about exact the same...only, its better Xmax means a bit more SPL possible Creative Sound Solution have a neat little 8" TRIO8 In BR and same sized box as above it goes just below 30hz In closed it will fit in a much smaller box, but doesnt go quite as low due to lower Qts, but its pretty close Funny woofers |

I forgot to say that the 10" Dayton has more than twice the cone weight than the two others...doesnt seem to help it much though
