I am not a pro, but I would think that any music/musician's shop (it appears your nearest large city is Strasbourg?) could help you pick out inexpensive gear that will actually work once you decide what features you want. Tell them you want a small simple PA system that can play music and mix in a microphone for "karaoke for the family"

Bose stands for buy other sound equipment.
