Two-way speaker design using Tonigen Tweeter

I am wanting to build a 2 way speaker to use with a 140W RMS amp, in stereo and home theatre application. I already have the tweeter, Tonigen Super Tweeter - 4ohm, 91db, flat from 6khz to 20khz and up to 40khz

My preference is to pair it with a bass mid range driver. It needs to get to the 'magic' 6K. OK to spend a few dollars on something decent as I have some other speakers with Scan Speak drivers in the HT system and I don't want it to be the poor cousin sonically. OK to build cabinets, prefer bookshelf and would need a plan, but really need help with the crossover design. I have decided with this project I will get my soldering skills into gear!

I appreciate any suggestions and advice
