Default Mysterie Speaker

HI I have a pair of SONICS model Grandeur sonic AS-400 , the 15 inchs drivers is amazing , in open baffle it give bass like no other , it 20 watt 8 ohms model # w-1604 , alnico magnet. Does anybody know anything about those drivers , can we get recones , why it so good .... i think it may be a CORAL , it made in japan .
The paper sound like a drum skin , it very thigt. help would be greatly appreciate.

I forgot to mention , the frame is an aluminium casting an it more of a 16 inchs than a 15 inchs..... i can sen pictures.....

Here are the pictures.

The label, the dustcap & the cone all suggest that these are National/Panosonic OEMs.

It would be miraculous. This was made 40-50 years ago, finding a recone kit, even if they ever existed, would be very hard.

thank you again....... this mean i have to find a bass driver ( 12 or 15 ) to be use with a 12 inch wide mid ( 200 to 5000)95 db ,in open baffle , economical , any suggestion ?????
