Would this be a over-simplified short version definition of these terms?

1- Acoustic Center:
The acoustic center of a driver is located roughly where the dome or cone attaches to the voice coil.
2- Relative Offset:
The distance (depth) between the acoustic centers of the drivers in a speaker system.
3- Time Aligned:
The drivers' signals reach the ear at the same time.
4- Phase Coherent:
Transient accurate reproduction by a system's drivers.
5- Transient Perfect:
Accurate reproduction of amplitude and phase.
