HDMI question
I have an ONKYO 7.1 receiver that's few years old and recently discovered it has HDMI inputs and output. I didn't even know what HDMI was when I bought it so it made no impression on me I guess. Anyway there are no number designations in the manual so it's probably the original version. Anyway my question is if I get that new Panasonic BluRay player that has HDMI v1.3a( but not the 7.1 channel analog audio) will I get picutre and audio, I don't really care about the special features.
