I'm making a portable boombox and encountered a broken Sony stereo. I got the speakers from it but have no idea about them and was wondering if anyone could give me some details.
One pair is about 4" and has '1-544-237-31' on it and then below that 'Taiwan' and '9232'. Stamped on the side is 2T81L. The other pair is about 2" and has 1-544-236-41and below that 'China' with 2H83a and 2H83b stamped on the side. These speakers are from a FH-B170 stereo with a model # of HCD-H170 and serial # 374824. Thanks if anyone can give me some details or comment on their suitability for portable speakers. |
