Hi there,

I "accidently" blown the woofer on one of my my Polk RT3 speaker. Since I have to open it, I though I might as well modified it a bit. They have a 10 u capacitor and an iron cored inductor. I'm thinking on replacing this with an air cored one. Any help on the proper value to use ? I only have a multimeter so it a bit difficult to measure the inductanvce of the inductor.

Thanks
