I got a pair of wavecor drivers
http://www.wavecor.com/html/wf160wa01.html http://www.wavecor.com/html/tw030wa02.html Lows: actually the Fs of the midbass driver itself is too high so dont expect extending bass from the midbass unit... but its very tight and sound sooooo naturally tight... Low Mids: Just awesome... vocals are perfect and startling. Both Male and female voice fit very well... Incredible driver Higher mids: The transition between the tweeter to mid is near to seamless seems i need to work with the crossover a bit... Highs: Incredibly fast and smooth... no harshnesss... still need to try the low resonance version... Cons: Bass doesnt go low enough... you need a 8inch or 10 inch woofer to feel it right... Im working with 10 inch vifa PL26W with this combination.... I feel it will fit perfectly with the combo as well as maintaining tight lower mids and good lower extension... |
