Default help with older speaker

I have a story.

My dad had/has these speakers he loved at one time. However, when little, yours truly damaged the midrange of one of them while the grill was off.

So in looking for replacement speaker to put in, it was a lost cause before the internet. It has an 8" midrange, something kinda hard to come across before learning about PE.

Also, the speaker company, like so many, doesn't exist, so finding any documentation is impossible.

So I need help with 2 things. 1] Does anyone recognise these speakers? And could tell me anything about them or the company? and 2] recommend suitable replacements?

Here's the back panel with as much company info as I have...

I guess the dual-region cone design would function as a quasi 2-way.
