Default Uneven distance from back wall?

My situation dictates that one of my speakers baffles be about 12" from a wall while the other is ~ 24+" Sub-optimal to say the least. I'd rather not set the baffle compensation differently for either speaker in case I move them...Is there a way to cope with this?
