Smile NHT ST-4 how to remove tweeter ?

Hi,
I am in the process of upgrading the crossovers and rewiring my beloved nht st-4's....I have removed the bass and midrange drivers, and also the crossovers....but I would like some advice as to how to correctly remove the tweeters without damaging the speakers..
thanks
Paul
